contentment and blogging

so here it is... saturday night. Ran around greenlake this morning, which was way exhausting, but still very good. I'm sure I'll only be a little sore for the rest of this week.

I'm about to head out to the airport to pick up a friend. In case I haven't told you, picking up and dropping off people from the airport is one of my most favorite things to do. I think maybe cause I like to be picked up and dropped off, but who knows.

If you check the history of this blog, you'll notice months on end where I don't even write. I think it's interesting to note that I may go through dry spells of non-writing, or maybe I'm too busy with other stuff. I definitely know that during some summer months it takes a LOT of effort to sit in a sweltering room and type on here.

It may also be partly because I'm reading again. I started "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" this week and it's really fun.

I want to give a shout out to my friend Kim, who's birthday it is today. We had dinner at Rays boathouse, which was nice :)

Anyway, I need to get going to the airport.
